Congratulations go to Jenny Flavell for achieving best gross prize in the Charles Heeley Challenge Bowl at Beau Desert golf club on 20th September.

The Challenge Bowl was donated by Charles Heeley and has come to include clubs from the West Midlands. Since 1963 it has taken place in a different venue each year alternating between Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Worchester. The host club chooses the charity and this year all proceeds went to the Renal Unit at Birmingham hospital.

Jenny just missed out on bringing the trophy back to Leek by one stableford point. Nevertheless best gross is a fantastic achievement.
