We had another excellent turnout for the July Medal with 19 juniors taking part. Despite the difficult conditions and strong winds there were still some excellent scores.

Freddie Brazier followed up his excellent score of last week, with another great round of nett 58 (gross 105) to take 1^st place Albie Carter came in 2^nd place with a nett 64 (gross 106), one better than Spencer Pickin in 3^rd place (nett 65, gross 88).

In the 9-hole division, Archie Clacher followed up last week’s win with another 1^st place, with an excellent score of 28 points. In 2^nd place was Archie Knight on 24 points, one better than Toby Dawson in 3^rd on 23 points.

In the Short Course division, Conor Riley went one place better than last week, taking 1^st place with a 7 under par score of nett 29. Stanley Tipping taking 2^nd place with a 1 under par nett 35.

Well done to all the juniors for persevering in the testing conditions, some excellent scores from our winners.
