The ladies started the new season on March 3^rd with the Joyce Ridgeway Prize. Joyce a long standing and much respected member of the club has given generously of her time over the years to the Club and the Ladies Section.

 37 ladies braved the cold for the 15 hole individual Stableford Competition. The results for the day were in silver division Karen Griffiths in 1st place with a score of 31 followed by Jayne Baxter in 2nd place with a score of 30. In bronze division Sheila Hollins came in with a score of 30, followed by Hazel Mc Grady in 2nd place with a score of 29.

 Congratulations go to the winners of the day and a special thank you goes to Joyce who for many years has generously donated the prizes for this our first game of the season.
