On the 17^th December the ladies welcomed Karen Griffiths our new lady captain back from her Australian holiday.  As this was our Christmas competition Karen very kindly put prizes up for the morning and afternoon players. 

After playing we were greeted by mince pies and sherry again kindly donated by Karen.  A raffle also took place with some very generous prizes, the proceeds being for the Lady Captains Charity. Our lady Vice Captain Jayne Baxter thanked Karen on behalf of all the ladies for her generosity.
