The best score for the President's Prize was a close run affair, with the top scoring going to the back 9 and even the back 6.

The President also offered a free draw for wine and balls for the non-winners
He also suggested a special prize for the best stableford scores on all the par three's, which was won by Morag Jones with a fabulous 13 points (3 x 3's + 2 x 2's)
Thanks go to the intrepid helpers in the Millenium Pavilion, namely the Captain Peter Mottram, Margaret Whitfield, and Pauline and Tony Swindells. The PIMMS and Jam Scones were a treat to behold.
The president was quoted as saying that despite having far fewer numbers than the similar men's event he had probably enjoyed himself that little bit more.
